Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided:

• Items are unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition

• Original tags remain attached

• Returned in the original packaging where possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Gift cards

• Final sale items

• Products marked as non-returnable

• Items showing signs of wear, washing or damage

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Where applicable, we will offer:

• A replacement

• Store credit

• A full refund

Refund Processing

Once your return has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
