- Orders will not be refunded for change of mind. In the instance of which a mistake was made whilst ordering (i.e wrong size/colour), contact our team immediately via email and we'll try our best to have the order rectified for you ASAP. This same procedure applies for products which appear to be faulty within 30 days of your purchase. Once our team receives the product and can verify the issue, then the  appropriate steps will take place to ensure your money is returned to you or another alternative measure is met.
